This program is will be designed for the athlete that wants to compete on the platform. Coach and client interaction is very important as you progress. We will help you schedule and peak for a meet and if you are in a close geographical area to us we will be there with you meet day.

General Programming purpose is to develop and maintain a strong and fit body for whatever life throws at you. Special care is taken to manage training stress because lifting is not your life, you lift to create a better quality of life, and we get that.
