What is Individual Design?

Lean4Life is MesserFits proprietary Program Design service offering. You will receive your training program from your Lean4Life trainer and perform the programming independently.  In the past we have only offered this with our in house personal training service, but with incredible success of our clients in our pilot program you can now receive all the personal attention you would get at our facility abroad. Using individual design our coaches are able to provide you with programming specifically tailored to your goals and schedule.

We will base your program design and function off of your consult after purchase.

Strength + Body Building
$50.00 every week

General Programming purpose is to develop and maintain a strong and fit body for whatever life throws at you. Special care is taken to manage training stress because lifting is not your life, you lift to create a better quality of life, and we get that.

This program is for the person that takes training for living strong seriously.

Designed and coached by Crossfit, NASM, USAW, trainers.

This program is will be designed for the athlete that wants to compete on the platform. Coach and client interaction is very important as you progress. We will help you schedule and peak for a meet and if you are in a close geographical area to us we will be there with you meet day.
