With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a love for physical fitness, I am a strong believer of the interconnectedness of the mind and the body.  My goal is to help each client gain the self-confidence and strength (both mentally and physically) to reach their maximal fitness level.

I grew up as a gymnast and soccer player, going on to play collegiate soccer at Miami University, Oxford.  After college, I started wondering why I felt lethargic and anxious.  I soon realized that all I needed was a steady exercise routine back in my life.  I began running on a regular basis, building up my stamina to run marathons.  Soon after, I found Crossfit at Messerfit, which changed my life.

As a personal trainer, I hope to make many differences in other’s lives, just as I have experienced.  My exercise programming is individualized for your specific needs, so that you can build strength, stamina, and flexibility, and (most importantly) have fun!  After all, exercise is not a punishment, but rather a celebration of our body’s strength!
