Crossfit Lebanon FAQ

Hopefully this FAQ will answer any questions you have about the program. If not, just leave a comment and I will write you back and add it to this list. If you are completely new to Crossfit I recommend going to the Crossfit Headquarter's FAQ.

What is the Elements Class and do I need it?
Our Elements Class is our introductory program into working out and Crossfit. We teach you the fundamentals of core exercises (e.g. snatch, clean and jerk, squat variations, deadlift, rowing, jump roping, etc...), as well as proper motor control. Each class will end with a WOD based on what we covered that day so you will still get a great workout in! We will run a couple a Elements Classes each week and it is necessary to either take the classes or test-out. The Elements Membership is $99 and is 3 classes long (1 hour each). You will have 2 months to get in your 3 classes. The other option is to test-out. Just show us that you can perform all of the various exercises with proper form and you're good to go! This will cost $50 and you will need to email collin@messerfit.com or mark@messerfit.com to schedule a time.

How do the membership options work?
The memberships options are 2x week, 3x week, or 5x week. If you purchase the 2x week option, then you will have 2 credits that you can use each week, for a total of 8 credits for the month (month meaning 4 weeks after your purchase date). After the month is over then you will no longer have any credits unless you purchase new ones. The credits can be used for any classes that week. You are not held to a strict schedule. Also, you may not use more than the 2, 3, or 5 credits per week that you are given. In other words, if you purchase a 2x week membership for a total of 8 monthly credits, you cannot save all 8 credits for the last week of the month.

How do I purchase a membership?
On our Crossfit page, underneath the calender, you can see the different membership options and purchase from there. When you click purchase you will need to put in your name and email to create a profile for yourself. From there you will be able to pay your bill as well as see your membership details, such as available credits.

How do I schedule a class?
On our Crossfit page you will see our schedule with available class times. It tends to stay the same but can have minor adjustments each week, be sure to check often. Just click on the class that you want to sign up for and put in your information. You will then be scheduled for the class. There is a max number of  people allowed in each class. In case the class is full, then you will be waitlisted and will be emailed if a spot opens up. Please register for a class 24 hours in advance.

What is the cancellation policy?
Classes can be cancelled, without losing your credit, up to 24 hours before the class begins. This allows people that are wait listed for a full class the opportunity to be ready. If classes are missed and you want to be reimbursed your used credit, please contact Collin at collin@messerfit.com or Mark at mark@messerfit.com within 24 hours. Please be aware, unused credits will generally be discarded unless there is a valid reason for missing (sleeping in is not valid). This will be considered on an individual basis.
