Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m a nutritionist with a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer with 4+ years of coaching experience. I’m passionate about helping people build strong, sustainable habits that support their health and fitness goals—without extremes or overwhelm.

This program was designed to help you simplify nutrition, hit your goals without burnout, and feel confident in your own skin again. I’m here to support, encourage, and educate you every step of the way. Let’s do this together!

  • You can sign up and start at any time! It’s designed to be flexible and meet you where you are.

  • Nothing fancy—just access to a gym or basic equipment like dumbbells is highly encouraged. You may benefit from using a food scale to learn proper portion sizes, or tools such as MyFitnessPal to accurately track intake.

  • Absolutely. Whether you're just starting out, getting back into a routine, or consider yourself to be an elite athlete, the program is designed to meet all fitness levels.

  • The nutrition guidance can be adapted to suit most common dietary needs. You’ll learn how to meet your macronutrient targets using foods that work for your preferences and lifestyle. If you have any medical dietary restrictions, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting.

  • You’ll be encouraged to take weekly progress photos, track your workouts, and monitor how your clothes fit and energy levels change.

  • You’ll have the tools and confidence to keep going—and if you want extra support, you can work with me 1-on-1 to continue your progress.
