Hannah Corbin is a nutritionist with a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer with over four years of coaching experience. She specializes in helping people build sustainable nutrition habits that support health and performance without extremes or burnout. This program is designed to simplify nutrition, support lasting results, and build confidence through clarity, structure, and education.
Mark Messer holds a B.S. in Kinesiology and has coached since 2007. He builds assessment-driven training systems focused on strength, movement quality, and long-term development - not quick fixes or generic plans.

You can sign up and start at any time! It’s designed to be flexible and meet you where you are.

Nothing fancy—just access to a gym or basic equipment like dumbbells is highly encouraged. You may benefit from using a food scale to learn proper portion sizes, or tools such as MyFitnessPal to accurately track intake.

Absolutely. Whether you're just starting out, getting back into a routine, or just need accountability to stay on track, this course is designed to meet your fitness level.

The nutrition guidance can be adapted to suit most common dietary needs. You’ll learn how to meet your macronutrient targets using foods that work for your preferences and lifestyle. If you have any medical dietary restrictions, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting.

You’ll be encouraged to take weekly progress photos, track your workouts, and monitor how your clothes fit and energy levels change.

You’ll have the tools and confidence to keep going—and if you want extra support, you can work with me 1-on-1 to continue your progress.

Sundays at 3pm there will be a Teams call for education, to share weekly wins, and answer questions.
