Today I was fired up. I've scheduled my training week so that my most gymnastic days are performed after a day of rest.  So far it has been serving me well.  This has been the third week of my cycle, and i'm getting stronger and more confident with the weight, since opening my starting position.

Snatch 4x1 @ 80% 3x1 @ 85% 3x1 @ 90% then one rep at 250 (easy)

Pause snatch from the knee 5x1 @ 80% (felt pretty fatigued and wanted to stay clean with perfect technique)

Back Squat Ramp to heaviest set of 5. (made significant progress over the past three weeks since changing up my stance. I repped out 5 of my previous max out)
