While warming up yesterday I was playing with some different elbow positions hoping to gain some momentum and fluidity from the hips to the shoulder. I found it by bending my elbows significantly more than normal. This brought the bar into my hips where it seated nicely before the hip/ knee extension propelled to my shoulders. It also helped maintain the load over of the my center of gravity not pulling me forward in the least. Some food for thought, the journey continues. Have a great Sunday.
