Ok so here is an update...

I've been able to add 10K to my working sets on both Snatch and Clean and Jerks and maintain without one miss and zero lockouts. So far so good! I was able to get all my strength work in today but I was rushed. I was able to finish a quad discipline conditioning consisting of four rounds of 400m row, 20 ring dips, 15 ttb, and 10 power cleans. I've added in a bunch of extra hip stability work (powerlifting squats, Hip presses, SLRDL's, and Pistols).  Felt good running today.  Next time I'll explain my program. Good Night!
