With a crazy week down I still managed to get about 9 different training sessions in with my capstone being tomorrow morning with max outs on my olys. 

Today I hit 11 reps between 80-92% on my snatch then took 5 heavy reps <80% from the ground pausing at the knee to over head.  

I worked my snatch pull to a max then did a mile farmers walk with #55

Then I did short Metcon:

BW BP

1.5xBW Dead Lift 

.75 Clean
