Today was just a crappy training day. My legs were smoked #285 in the clean and double jerk felt like #315...and I wasn't getting any pop in the bar at all. My strength work was just trash...had to slog through it...nothing special. After the strength stuff I quit and ate...and did a 15 min met con at 6pm. Not that fun at all. That's why they call it training I guess.
