What is strength? I'm not asking this in some existential Socratic abstract way. My personal conviction is that before entering any endeavor of any note one must first have a crystal clear understanding of what they have chosen to pursue. Therefore in my humble opinion strength in its simplest form is the catalyst that bridges the gap between a person and their desired goal. Anyone can purchase a bow and arrow but if they are unable to draw the bow either at all or sufficiently to hit the target then the apparatus is rendered useless. Whether you are an athlete, parent, or just someone who just wants to be better than they are today getting stronger is vital to pursuing and accomplishing your dreams. Strength comes in lots of different forms spiritual, physical, mental etc. but none of them develop without intensity and consistency. Let today be the day you define your strength and begin the relentless pursuit of your heart's desires.
