Nothing to special or insightful today...But I am seriously thinking of hooking a tens unit to my forearms and seeing how long I can hold onto a pull up bar...Felt good in the Jerk but my clean was pretty dirty, haha. Was solid tho at 275...I thought that was ok for the first week back on cycle.

  • Clean: work to best 2 RM from the blocks, right above the knee.

  • then 1x2@90%

  • 90-120 rest

Part B)

  • Split Jerk: work to best 2 rm from the box

  • then 1x2@90%

  • 90-120 rest

Part C)

  • Dead Lifts

  • 1 x 1 @ 90% 1 RM

  • 1 x 6 @ 65% 1 RM

  • 1 x 1 @ 90% 1 RM

  • 1 x 6 @ 70% 1 RM

  • 1 x 1 @ 90% 1 RM

  • 1 x 6 @ 75% 1 RM

Part D)

  • 5 Wall Walks

  • 10 Box Jump Burpees

  • 15 KB Swings

  • 20 Wall Balls

  • 15 KB Swings

  • 10 Box Jump Burpees

  • 5 Wall Walks
