SUP GUYS! Here’s #2 of the, “New Year, New Fun Things List.” We will be having weightlifting focused class starting next Saturday at 2pm. No wallballs or burpees, just weightlifting, snatch and clean & jerk…yes! This will be for anybody who is interested in dialing in their technique as we work on the specific nuances of this skill. It will also provide me a way to program a final day of strength training like I’ve wanted to. My goal is to, mobilize, break down the movement patterns, and eventually work heavy reps.
